The second round of the old clothes recycling charity campaign, jointly initiated by @旧衣服回收-铛铛一下 and @江奇霖丨霖感发电站, has been underway since it launched in May this year, and as of the announcement had collected a cumulative total of 219 kg of old clothes. The organizers have decided to extend the campaign to the end of October, raising the target to 500 kg.

The campaign accepts idle old clothes from residents nationwide. Recyclable categories include old clothes, old bags, plush toys, shoes and boots, and idle books. Participants who send in at least 3 kg qualify for free door-to-door pickup, with no costs incurred throughout the process. The proceeds from recycling are converted by total weight into brand-new supplies, which are donated in the name of Jiang Qilin's "Lingan" Power Station directly to students at Hongshaxian Primary School in Sichuan Province, with plans to deliver stationery and winter clothes to the children before winter sets in.

The participation process is the same as the first round, and the organizers say that inviting others to take part also earns commemorative cards. Related updates are posted simultaneously by accounts such as @江奇霖70 and @江奇霖70工作室.

Fan groups organizing old clothes recycling as a way to divert traffic are attempting to form a regular activity in the public welfare dimension beyond artist support. For the recycling industry, this model—connecting grassroots clubs with online recycling platforms and making targeted donations based on weight quotas—is also a supplementary form of community-level old clothes collection channels.
