On August 13, reporters visited Linxi Textile Co., Ltd. in Sheyang County. In the workshop, dozens of double-needle bed warp knitting machines were running at high speed, processing chemical fiber filaments through warping, weaving, setting, and cutting to produce 3D mesh fabric with a three-dimensional texture. The company's most notable label is its success in entering the new energy vehicle supply chain through extreme quality control that keeps fabric width and thickness tolerances within 2 millimeters. Its 3D ventilated seat fabric now covers almost all domestic new energy brands and is widely used in seats, headrests, backrests, and other components.
Production director Ren Huanhuan introduced that new energy vehicle manufacturers have extremely strict standards for supporting materials, and dimensional tolerances exceeding 2 millimeters cannot pass vehicle-level supporting verification. It is precisely this precision breakthrough that allowed the company to open the door to the high-end market. But fine dimensions are only an admission ticket. What truly supports its market position is its independent full-industry-chain layout with a total investment of 400 million yuan, covering 80 mu and a building area of 38,000 square meters. The project is planned to produce 10,000 tons of 3D mesh fabric annually, equipped with double-needle bed warp knitting machines, fully automatic mattress processing lines, and other equipment, connecting all links from chemical fiber spinning to sewing and packaging without purchasing semi-finished products externally. This greatly shortens delivery cycles and enables rapid response to customized needs from automakers and home furnishing brands.
Digital management also plays a key role. The company has successfully applied for Three-Star Cloud adoption and built a full-process digital monitoring system covering raw material procurement, production management, and finished product sales. The central control screen in the workshop updates in real time the operating status of each device and the inspection data of each batch of fabric, continuously reducing material loss and steadily improving refined management. This system enables Linxi Textile to advance simultaneously in the two major fields of home furnishing and automobiles: in home bedding, its 3D mattresses and 3D pillows are in deep cooperation with leading domestic listed home furnishing brands such as Xilinmen and DeRUCCI, and the spring-free, sponge-free three-dimensional structure combines uniform support with efficient breathability; in daily consumer products, a 3D dishwashing cloth developed with special yarn has completed technical research and is planned to be put into production this year and enter supermarket channels.
As a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise, Linxi Textile currently owns 8 core patents, and its product development pace has always been faster than that of peers. Ren Huanhuan revealed that current orders on hand have been scheduled through September this year, production lines are operating at full capacity, and equipment runs 24 hours a day. Operating data also confirms this trend: in 2025, the company's invoiced sales were 35 million yuan and taxes were 1 million yuan; in 2026, with the expansion of new energy vehicle supporting orders and the release of new civilian products, invoiced sales are expected to reach 55 million yuan and taxes 1.4 million yuan.
From a textile workshop to the new energy vehicle supply chain, Linxi Textile's experience shows that traditional textile enterprises can also occupy a place in high-end niche fields by relying on precise process control, full-chain layout, and digital transformation. This also provides a reference direction for enterprises in the old clothing recycling and regenerated textile industry that seek to transform from low-value-added processing to high-precision, functional fabrics.
