II. Scope of Business

For domestic sea freight, our company has formed a combined water and land transport network covering Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, the Yangtze River route, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, and other coastal provinces. Our company has established long-term cooperative partnerships with many large domestic trade shipowners, giving us more choices in shipping schedules and better meeting the needs of a broad customer base.

In port container transport business, our company owns 21 vehicles of various sizes, all equipped with GPS systems to report vehicle locations in a timely manner. In addition, at each destination port there are professional contracted container transport fleets, and we have signed agency companies in Fuzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Yantai, Dalian, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Shantou, Yingkou, and ports along the Yangtze River. Our drivers at the Huangpu headquarters are familiar with the major ports and airport routes in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong, and undertake ton trucks (box trucks), less-than-truckload, full-truckload, and container trailer transport and distribution services in various areas of the Pearl River Delta, airports, Huangpu, and various terminals in Guangzhou.
