The NSX-FS600 waste cotton recycling production line uses top plate rollers with special angles and different numbers of steel pins to gradually card and clean the processed material, and is the first to use specially customized feed rollers to effectively protect fiber length. Waste cotton recycling process:

The Xinshunxing waste cotton recycling production line mainly consists of a cutting machine, an opening machine and card clothing cleaning/recycling equipment, a hydraulic baler, a control system, and a dust collection box.
⑴ Cutting machine: before recycling, the textile material needs to be cut into small fabric pieces.
⑵ Opening machine: further opens and cleans the textile material. Due to the centrifugal rotation of the equipment, hard impurities such as iron, plastic, and small stones should be avoided.

⑶ Card clothing and licker-in cleaning machine: the fiber carding speed is relatively slow, but the impurity removal effect is good. Different types of card clothing can process fibers of different lengths.
⑷ Baler: packages the fibers into bales for easy storage and transportation.
⑸ Control system: controls equipment startup and shutdown.
⑹ Dust collection box: collects dust and powder from each dust cage, ensuring a clean workshop working environment, effectively protecting the environment, and meeting national environmental protection requirements.
