Vertical Hydraulic Baler Instructions

  1. Place the baling rope along the baling slot, which vertical hydraulic baler is best, close the door and lock it.

  2. Load the material. When the material reaches the height of the pressure plate, close the door tightly and press the manual valve "down" button. The equipment automatically runs downward and compacts. (For materials other than cardboard, the loading height can only be slightly above the door.)

  3. The pressure plate moves downward to compress and bale. When the compression baling constraint is reached, the pressure plate stops at the preset position for the compressed material.

  4. Open the equipment door, pass the binding rope from front to back through the bottom wire slot and back to the front through the pressure plate wire slot, then tighten and tie the binding rope by hand. Press the manual valve "up" button, and the pressure plate rises upward. (When opening the door, no one is allowed to stand in front of the door to avoid injury if the door springs open.)

  5. Then remove the bale, close and lock the door, and proceed to the next baling cycle.
