In 2026, China's waste textile recycling industry is shifting from an extensive model toward standardization and convenience. "Yilaishou," a platform under Qingyuan Jixin Technology Co., Ltd., is entering the livelihood circular services track, attempting to use digital dispatch to solve the hassle ordinary households face in disposing of old clothes.
The methods commonly seen in the past required users to pack and carry items themselves, pay for shipping out of pocket, or make a special trip to offline recycling points. The process was cumbersome, leaving many households with idle old clothes that were difficult to dispose of. Yilaishou's approach is: after users submit a recycling order online, the system intelligently matches the nearest courier outlet and local recycling manufacturer based on location, and courier staff come to the door for pickup. Users do not pay any courier fees; logistics costs are borne by the platform. Nearby dispatch improves response speed on the one hand, and on the other reduces losses from long-distance cross-regional transport. Old clothing, shoes, and home textiles are all within the recycling scope.
Supporting this model is a dispatch software system independently developed by Qingyuan Jixin Technology, covering the entire process from order issuance and capacity matching to nearby dispatch and manufacturer connection, forming a complete business loop of "user appointment—courier doorstep pickup—nearby transfer—factory processing." Unlike recycling platforms that only match information, the company simultaneously links courier networks with formal old-clothing recycling manufacturers that have sorting and regeneration processing capabilities, connecting online order-taking with offline fulfillment.
In terms of trust endorsement, the company has obtained an AAA credit rating certificate, its platform services are underwritten by PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited, and it has signed Lu Zekai as its spokesperson, hoping to use public influence to promote the concept of green circularity. In addition, the company headquarters coordinates brand operations, technology export, and supply chain resources, recruiting partners nationwide and planning to replicate this convenient recycling model in more regions.
From an industry perspective, shifting logistics costs to the platform, removing the operational burden from the user side, and building its own dispatch system to control the fulfillment chain is an attempt by the waste textile recycling field to move closer to the consumer end. Whether this type of model can establish a cooperative network nationwide and balance partner returns with user rights still needs market validation.
