(Integrated Standard ******) ENS stands for Entry Summary Number. According to the requirements of the Nigerian Ports Authority, for cargo destined for Nigeria, a Nigeria ECTN/ENS NO. (Cargo Tracking Number) must be obtained. Otherwise, the shipping company at the port of loading cannot issue the ocean bill of lading normally, and customs clearance and cargo pickup at the destination port will be impossible.

　　In order to simplify the import and export customs clearance process and ensure the security of import and export cargo, the Federal Republic of Nigeria government has implemented an Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) policy, also known as ICTN, for the country's import and export cargo. All cargo imported to Nigerian ports or transshipped through Nigerian ports to other countries must declare ACD and obtain the corresponding ENS (CTN) number.

　　ps: CTN NO. is the abbreviation of Cargo Tracking Note Number. In Chinese, it means cargo tracking number, also known as cargo import manifest.

　　The specific application process for Nigeria ENS (CTN) is as follows:

　　1. Submit application documents: ACD/ENS APPLICATION FORM, draft bill of lading (DRAFT B/L COPY), commercial invoice (Commercial Invoice);

　　2. After receiving the above documents, our company will generate an IS Reference NO (CON***-***) and a payment notice for the applicant. After two working days, the applicant can send an email with the IS Reference NO to inquire about the ACD/CTN.NO (******);

　　3. The applicant makes payment and provides the bank slip. After our company confirms receipt of funds, we will arrange the issuance of the ACD/CTN.NO. The applicant provides the ACD/CTN.NO to the shipping company for issuing the original bill of lading;

　　4. After receiving the ENS NO., the applicant can provide this number to the shipping company for issuing the bill of lading.

　　Note: ACD/ENS must be applied for before the shipping company issues the original ocean bill of lading.
