After sorting and organizing, clothing that meets the donation standards of the Civil Affairs Bureau is cleaned and donated through public welfare organizations or directly to impoverished areas such as Guizhou, Yunnan, Qinghai, and Gansu. Clothing that does not meet donation standards undergoes fiber processing, such as insulation materials, and becomes recycled raw materials for garbage recycling and reuse [circular economy], reducing the impact of clothing on the social environment and achieving resource recycling.
