This series of products is widely used in various printing plants, plastic plants, waste paper plants, hardware plants, second-hand goods recycling companies and other units and enterprises. It is suitable for baling and recycling old goods, waste paper, plastics, etc. It is good equipment for improving labor efficiency, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, and lowering transportation costs. Nominal pressures include 5-******-100-120-150 tons and other specifications. It can also be designed and customized according to user requirements.
Machine function and use
This machine is suitable for baling waste paper, waste plastic, plastic bottles, cans, foam, and other waste materials that need baling.
Installation precautions

  1. First place the machine flat and make sure it does not shake, then add 68# hydraulic oil. Add different weights of oil according to different tonnage equipment.

  2. The motor of this machine is 4-pole 380V-50HZ. Please check whether the local voltage is the same as this machine. After connecting the wires (the wires should be connected according to the motor power), turn on the power and check clearly that the motor rotation direction (arrow indication) is clockwise. If the direction is wrong, adjust the connection positions of two live wires.
    Maintenance
    This machine should be operated and maintained by a dedicated person. After work every day, turn off the main power, clean up foreign objects around the machine, clean up foreign objects inside the machine, and add appropriate lubricating oil to moving positions to reduce machine wear.
    Regularly check whether the screws in all parts of the machine are loose. Parts that tend to loosen on a new machine include: the small flange screws of the central shaft and the four 5/8 large screws inside the pressure plate. They must be tightened regularly.
    Safety precautions
    Before starting baling, first check whether all doors are closed properly, whether the door lock cores are fastened in place, whether the knife shear buckles are fastened, and whether the safety chain is fastened to the handle. If any of the above parts is not fastened properly, do not bale, so as to avoid accidents.
    When the machine is running, stand beside the machine. Do not put your head, hands, or any part of your body into the door, so as to avoid crushing injuries.
    Operating method

  3. After the above checks are completed, start baling. First place a piece of hard cardboard, woven bag, or plastic film bag at the bottom of the baling chamber as a liner, to make it easier to thread iron wire after baling. Then put the waste materials into the baling chamber. Be careful to place them evenly. The waste materials must not extend beyond the four sides of the baling chamber; if they extend beyond the four sides, it is very easy to bend or deform the door, and in serious cases the main ram may be broken.
    (Note: After placing the waste materials, hands must not be put into the baling chamber.)

  4. Press the buckle switch ON to start the motor oil pump. Operate the manual valve. When the manual valve is turned to the up position, the pressure plate will continue to rise until the upper limit baffle touches the upper limit travel switch, and then the pressure plate will automatically stop running. If you want to stop the machine, press the control switch OFF button to stop the machine and place the manual valve in the middle position. When turned to the down position, the pressure plate will automatically press down until the pressure plate cannot go down further. The motor sound will be different from the sound when going down. If you need to pause during the pressing process, turn the manual valve to the middle position. The pressure plate will pause operation, but at this time the motor will continue.

  5. During the baling process, if the material in the baling chamber exceeds the lower limit position of the pressure plate and the pressure reaches 150 kg/CM2, the relief valve will act and maintain a pressure of 150 kg. The motor making a sound indicates that the pressure is sufficient, and the pressure plate will remain in position and no longer press down.
    If the material has not reached the baling height, turn the manual valve to the up position, add material, and repeat the operation until the baling requirements are met.
    (Note: Generally the baling height is 900mm and must not exceed 1000mm. If this height is exceeded, it will be difficult to discharge the bale.)

  6. When discharging the bale, press the manual valve OFF button to pause the pressure plate operation, then open the door, thread the iron wire, and discharge the bale. Turn to the middle position and press at the same time.
    Door opening sequence: When opening the door, stand in front of the machine and first open the front upper door, then open the front lower door. When opening the lower door, stand at a 45° position directly in front of the machine, and stay as far away from the machine as possible, because when the door is opened the shear buckle has a very strong rebound force. When opening the door, pay attention to whether there are other people around. Only open it after confirming there is no one else. Opening the rear door follows the same method as opening the front door.

  7. After opening the doors, do not raise the upper pressure plate for the time being. First thread the iron wire through the bottom plate slot, then out through the upper pressure plate slot, and then tie the two ends of the iron wire together. Generally, tying 3-4 iron wires around one bale is very secure.

  8. When threading the iron wire, first pass it through the lower front pit position, then pass it through the pit position under the pressure plate, wrap it around once and tie a knot; threading the iron wire on the side follows the same method as the front. After tying the iron wire, raise the pressure plate and push the bale out from above. This completes the entire baling process.

The maximum pressure of this machine is 150 kg/CM2. It has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Do not exceed this range, as it may easily cause danger and damage the machine's oil circuit system.
For this new machine, replace the hydraulic oil once within one year of use, and thoroughly clean the bottom of the oil tank. After that, replace the hydraulic oil every two years.
