The Shanwei Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology adopted an integrated approach of "organizing exhibition participation, investment matchmaking, and platform expansion," helping enterprises open up markets and build brands while also promoting Shanwei's business environment to all parties at the conference.

Exhibition: Showcasing Supply Chain and Brand Image in a Concentrated Way

The participating enterprises took part in the conference's static supply chain exhibition and new product runway shows, presenting in a concentrated way the characteristics, supply chain advantages, and brand image of Shanwei's textile and garment products, thereby linking industry resources and expanding market channels.

Matchmaking: Assessing Investment Intentions and Promoting Industrial Carriers

Zhong Runkai, Section Chief of the Materials and Consumer Goods Industry Section of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, conducted investment matchmaking on site at the conference, holding discussions and exchanges with heads of Guangzhou Yiran Textile Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Haidijunxiu Dongfang Industrial Co., Ltd., and Shantou Qiancheng Weaving Co., Ltd. to understand the enterprises' recent investment needs and development plans, with a focus on introducing Shanwei's business environment, industrial policies, factory carriers, and other resources, and inviting enterprises to visit Shanwei for on-site inspections.

Platform: Exploring E-commerce and Supply Chain Collaborative Cooperation

The working group also connected with regional heads of Xiyin and Amazon, discussing cooperation models around cooperation opportunities in Shanwei's textile and garment industry in areas such as e-commerce platforms, supply chain collaboration, brand marketing, and market expansion.

The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology stated that "bringing enterprises to the exhibition and keeping a close eye on project investment promotion," combining exhibition participation with investment promotion, can both help local enterprises connect with the conference's resources and extend the reach of investment promotion. Next, it will continue to track interested enterprises, make good arrangements for invitations to visit Shanwei and follow-up services, and promote the implementation of matchmaking results.
