Lithuanian startup Guideless has recently closed a €1 million pre-seed funding round to develop AI-driven workflow training software and expand into overseas markets. The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from Firstpick and several angel investors, including Vinted Group CEO Thomas Plantenga, Vinted Go CEO Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.

Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless's platform captures users' operational workflows in business software and uses AI to transform them into structured training materials, including visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts, and voiceovers. The generated content can be edited, branded, shared, or exported, and supports text-to-speech in over 40 languages.

Co-founder Bieliūnas said Guideless aims to turn every captured workflow into structured operational context, ultimately forming an institutional memory layer that dynamically updates as teams, tools, and processes change, preserving corporate knowledge.

Guideless launched its beta in late 2025 and was officially incorporated in June 2026. It currently has over 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, with clients including Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association. The funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team, and support expansion into the UK, the rest of Europe, and the US market.

Against the backdrop of corporate software training being generally time-consuming and documentation lagging behind, Guideless claims its one-click capture can reduce the time to build and update training materials to one-tenth of the original. While this amount is not large among similar funding rounds, the backing from multiple Vinted executives signals market confidence in the trend of AI automating the maintenance of institutional knowledge.
