Lithuanian startup Guideless has announced the completion of a €1 million pre-seed funding round to expand its AI-driven software operation training and knowledge management platform. The platform has already accumulated more than 3,000 users across 15 markets. The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and several angel investors, including Vinted Group CEO Thomas Plantenga, Vinted Go CEO Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.
Guideless's approach differs from traditional screen-recording training tools — when users carry out operational processes normally, the system automatically tracks and identifies key steps, then generates editable training materials that include visual sequences, text instructions, highlight and zoom effects, subtitles, and AI voiceovers, with support for custom branding. These tutorials can be shared or embedded directly, and can also be split and edited level by level. When the software interface or process changes, they can be updated quickly without re-recording, and they also support duplication, translation, and adaptation for different users or markets. Guideless claims its platform can speed up the creation and updating of training documentation by up to 10x, with AI voiceovers covering more than 40 languages, helping companies capture once and reuse across many locations.
Organizations such as Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association are already using the platform. Notably, Guideless's ambitions go beyond employee training — because each process step is structured as an individual node rather than a static video, this data can in the future provide companies with an "operational memory layer" and serve as background information for AI agents to understand company-specific processes, advancing it from a documentation tool to a process intelligence platform.
Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, who previously served as Vinted Go business development director and enterprise software developer, respectively. The company launched quietly at the end of 2025 and was officially registered in June 2026.
For the secondhand clothing industry, the collective bet by Vinted executives is quite a signal — cross-border resale platforms rely on complex and frequently updated SOPs in areas such as multinational warehousing, quality inspection, and customer service. Guideless-style process automation is expected to significantly reduce training and management costs for multilingual teams, offering a new solution for the scaled operations of large secondhand trading platforms.
